DUSHANBE (TCA) — Ambassador Elisabeth I. Millard has arrived in Dushanbe. She was sworn in as the United States Ambassador to Tajikistan on December 14, 2015 in Washington, DC, the U.S. Embassy in Dushanbe said on January 25.
