DUSHANBE (TCA) — A group of Tajik lawmakers has proposed a draft law establishing a new official holiday in the country that would mark the presidency of Tajikistan’s longtime ruler Emomali Rakhmon, RFE/RL's Tajik Service reported on April 6.
