BISHKEK (TCA) — Kyrgyzstan’s Ombudsman Tokon Mamytov has called on lawmakers to postpone debate on a controversial bill on nongovernmental organizations that has been criticized by rights activists in the Central Asian country, RFE/RL's Kyrgyz Service reported.
