The bombing attack against the Chinese Embassy in Bishkek: the unguilty behind bars, the culprits at large?

BISHKEK -- On August 30, 2016, a suicide bomber rammed his Mitsubishi Delica minivan into the Chinese Embassy compound in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan and detonated an explosive device inside the vehicle. The explosion was estimated at 100 kg of TNT. Small fragments of the vehicle were scattered 200 meters around; the embassy compound was damaged. The embassy had to suspend its operation.
