TASHKENT — Internationally issued payment cards by Russia's Mir reportedly have stopped functioning in Uzbekistan in the face of repeated warnings over failing to adhere to international sanctions against Moscow for its invasion of Ukraine, RFE/RL's Russian Service reported.
