Kyrgyzstan cancels planned CSTO military exercises

BISHKEK — Bishkek has announced that it is canceling military exercises for the Moscow-led Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) which were to be held in Kyrgyzstan this week, RFE/RL's Kyrgyz Service reported.
