ASTANA — The regular meeting of the Enhanced Strategic Partnership Dialogue (ESPD) was held on December 5 in Washington, D.C. under the co-chairmanship of First Deputy Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan Kairat Umarov and U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs Donald Lu, the Kazakh Foreign Ministry reported.
