OSH, Kyrgyzstan (TCA) — On June 20, the United States launched the second module of a training program to strengthen Kyrgyz museums’ exhibitions and services. Experts in museum management from the Republic of Georgia will lead sessions for museum and tourism professionals on organizing museum exhibitions, educational programs, and special events. BISHKEK (TCA) — Kyrgyzstan intends to propose inclusion of the World Nomad Games into the UN resolution on “Promotion of inter-religious and intercultural dialogue, understanding and cooperation for peace" at the 71st session of the UN General Assembly, Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov said on June 7 at a meeting of heads of governments of the CIS countries held in Bishkek. CHOLPON-ATA, Kyrgyzstan (TCA) — The United States through USAID is working with 20 museums across Kyrgyzstan on management in practices to boost their appeal as tourist sites. Local and international experts in museum management will lead sessions for museum and tourism professionals on building networks and strengthening productive cooperation.
