Italy’s Eni awarded a 50 MW solar power project in Kazakhstan
NUR-SULTAN (TCA) — Eni, through its local subsidiary ArmWind LLP, has been awarded a 50 MW photovoltaic project in the region of Turkestan, in southern Kazakhstan, as a result of an auction managed by the Kazakh authorities. The auction was implemented in the framework of a joint initiative of the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the Italian company said in a press release.
