Tajikistan’s government saving troubled banks

DUSHANBE (TCA) — The lower house of Tajikistan’s parliament on December 21 approved the Government’s plan to issue state-guaranteed securities (promissory notes) for capitalization of the country’s troubled banks, Avesta news agency reports.

Kazakhstan reports 0.8% growth in 11 months, targets at 1% for 2016
