Kazakhstan to cut oil production to 74m tons at oil price below $30

Kazakhstan and Iran to boost railway cooperation

ASTANA (TCA) — A delegation of Kazakhstan’s national railway company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (KTZ), headed by the company’s President Askar Mamin, on February 21 and 22 visited Iran to discuss joint construction of a cargo terminal in Iran’s port of Bandar Abbas and a dry port at the Incheburun rail station on the border between Turkmenistan and Iran, the press service of KTZ said.

Uzbekistan ranked above all Central Asia states by military strength

BISHKEK (TCA) — The Global Firepower Military Ranks-2016, which includes 126 countries ranked by military strength, ranks Uzbekistan as the strongest among Central Asia countries (54th), followed by Kazakhstan (66th), Kyrgyzstan (78th), Tajikistan (81st), and Turkmenistan (90th).

Foreign investments in Uzbekistan mainly focus on industrial sector
