Afghanistan seeks to export dried fruit to Kazakhstan

ALMATY (TCA) — Entrepreneurs from Kazakhstan and Afghanistan discussed opportunities for cooperation at a Kazakh-Afghan business forum held in Almaty last week. Afghan businessmen were interested in finding potential partners and searching for buyers of their products in Kazakhstan, the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan reported.

India to help enhance Kazakhstan’s military capability

ASTANA (TCA) — India is going to create a market for its defense equipment in Central Asian countries including Kazakhstan, and has assured Kazakhstan of all possible support in strengthening its counter-insurgency operations, Indian Army Chief Bipin Rawat said during a meeting with his Kazakh counterpart in Astana last week, Sputnik news agency reported.
