Kazakhstan expands exports of automobile batteries

ALMATY (TCA) — Kaynar-AKB, the only manufacturer of automobile batteries in Kazakhstan, is expanding its sales markets abroad. The company has begun exporting its products to the African continent and has delivered the first batch of its BARS Asia batteries to Benin, the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan reported on January 26.

US supports opening of State Forensics Center under Kyrgyz Justice Ministry

BISHKEK (TCA) — US Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Sheila Gwaltney made remarks at the official opening of the State Forensics Center under the Kyrgyz Ministry of Justice on January 25. The remodeled facility was financed through donations from the United States and carried out by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), the US Embassy in Bishkek press service said.
