BISHKEK (TCA) — In partnership with the United States through the USAID Business Growth Initiative, Kyrgyz tourism companies in March promoted tourist destinations in Kyrgyzstan and signed several contracts for the 2016 season at two leading international travel exhibitions: Internationale Tourismus Börse Berlin (ITB Berlin) and the Moscow International Travel & Tourism Exhibition (MITT), the US Embassy in Bishkek said on April 26.

BISHKEK (TCA) — The $1 billion-plus Central Asia-South Asia electricity transmission project (CASA-1000) will be inaugurated on May 12 by top officials from Afghanistan, Pakistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan.
