Turkmenistan and UNICEF sign new Country Programme Action Plan

ASHGABAT (TCA) — Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Rashid Meredov, and UNICEF Representative in Turkmenistan, Ms. Oyunsaikhan Dendevnorov, signed the Country Programme Action Plan (CPAP) for the period of 2016-2020. New World Bank project to support urban development in Kyrgyzstan

BISHKEK (TCA) — The World Bank’s Board of Executive Directors on March 18 approved a financing of US $12 million equivalent for the Urban Development Project in the Kyrgyz Republic. $6.6 million of this financing is a concessional credit and $5.4 million is a grant, the World Bank said.
