BISHKEK (TCA) — The official launching ceremony of the Central Asia-South Asia Electricity Transmission and Trade Project (CASA-1000) took place on May 12 in Tursunzade city located 60 kilometers from Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan. BISHKEK (TCA) — The $1 billion-plus Central Asia-South Asia electricity transmission project (CASA-1000) will be inaugurated on May 12 by top officials from Afghanistan, Pakistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan. Investment agreement signed for TAPI gas pipeline

ASHGABAT (TCA) — The shareholders of the TAPI Pipeline Company Limited (TPCL) signed an Investment Agreement on April 7 in a ceremony witnessed by petroleum ministers and senior government officials of Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan and India, and senior Asian Development Bank (ADB) officials.
