BISHKEK (TCA) — Kazakhstan’s Internet operators raised the price of Internet transit to Kyrgyzstan almost threefold without any explanation in August. In order not to increase the rates for customers, Kyrgyz Internet providers have begun reducing the Internet connection speed.
