In January-June 2019 trade between the two countries amounted to $1.1 billion, which is 31.8% more than in the same period last year. The company will now begin working with joint venture partners to assess the impact and implement the plan across all of Kazakhstan’s uranium mines.

KABUL (TCA) — The United States has announced an additional amount of nearly $125 million in humanitarian assistance to meet the needs of vulnerable Afghans inside Afghanistan, including internally displaced persons, conflict and flood-affected communities, and Afghan returnees. This brings the total U.S. funding in this fiscal year to the Afghan humanitarian response to nearly $190 million, including for Afghan refugees in the region, the U.S. Embassy in Kabul said on August 20.
