ASHGABAT (TCA) — Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Rashid Meredov, and UNICEF Representative in Turkmenistan, Ms. Oyunsaikhan Dendevnorov, signed the Country Programme Action Plan (CPAP) for the period of 2016-2020.
